Terms and Conditions

The rules that apply when you use the RXT Global website or engage our outsourcing, marketing, technology and payment services.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This page explains the basis on which RXT Global BPO & Marketing Inc. provides its website and services. It is maintained by RXT Global and is not legal advice; specific engagements are governed by the signed agreement between us.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and the services provided by RXT Global BPO & Marketing Inc. (“RXT Global”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this website, requesting a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

2. Services we provide

RXT Global offers business process outsourcing, customer support, call centre operations, appointment setting, lead generation, digital marketing, AI automation, web and software development, branding and payment processing solutions.

The exact scope, deliverables, service levels, fees and duration of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement signed by both parties. Where such a document conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Quotes, fees and payment

  • Pricing shared on this website or in proposals is indicative until confirmed in a signed agreement.
  • Invoices are payable according to the schedule stated in your agreement.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes, third-party software licences and payment processing charges.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, access and materials required to deliver the agreed services.
  • Nominate a point of contact for approvals, escalations and feedback.
  • Ensure that any data or content you share with us may lawfully be processed on your behalf.
  • Comply with applicable laws and industry regulations relating to your business and customers.

5. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, copy, graphics and software owned by RXT Global remain our property. Deliverables created specifically for a client transfer according to the terms of the relevant service agreement, typically upon full payment.

You retain ownership of the materials, trademarks and data you supply to us.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will treat the other's non-public business information as confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services. Confidentiality obligations continue after an engagement ends.

8. Third-party services and payments

Some solutions rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, CRM systems, telephony providers and advertising networks. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or decisions (including merchant account approvals or declines).

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. However, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Business results, campaign performance and revenue outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RXT Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice period stated in the signed agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect once published on this page, so please review it periodically.
